Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All products you have purchased are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable. For the shipment with incorrect details, or have you ordered the wrong size or color, Blue Marble Studio is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
Blue Marble Studio only offers reprints or replacements for faulty orders. If you have an issue with your order, you have to contact Blue Marble Studio first and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence. After investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement. Only if there are subsequent issues with the replacement will a refund be provided.
To complete your return or refund, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
